Privacy Policy

SEOULISTIC by NXC is operated by NEXORA COLLECTIVE INC. (“NXC”), Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We handle personal information under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Questions or requests go to our privacy contact at sales@thenxc.com.

• Application and account: company details, business and tax numbers, billing and shipping addresses, sales channels, and the names, job titles, emails and phone numbers of your contacts and users, plus the business documents you upload.
• Orders and payments: order requests, offers, invoices, messages with NXC, and payment records (amount, date, reference). We don't collect or store card numbers.
• Use of the Site: sign-in records, and activity tied to your account such as order requests and downloads of brand materials. Searches are counted with a daily, one-way coded visitor ID that we can't turn back into an IP address.

• To review applications, run your account and show the products, prices and brands available to you.
• To prepare offers, process orders and payments, arrange shipping and customs, and issue invoices and trade documents.
• To send order, payment and account emails. If we send product news or promotions, it's with your consent and you can opt out at any time.
• To keep the Site secure, prevent fraud, meet legal, tax and customs record-keeping duties, and improve the catalogue (for example which products buyers search for).

We don't sell personal information. We share it only as needed to run your orders and the Site:

• Logistics: freight forwarders, couriers and customs brokers receive the shipping and importer details on your order.
• Service providers: hosting, database, file storage and email delivery providers that process data for us under contract.
• Suppliers and brands: only where needed for a specific order or compliance question, and not your contact list.
• Authorities: where the law requires it, for example customs or tax authorities.

Some providers store or process data outside Canada (for example in the United States or Korea), where it may be accessed under local law.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is open and then for as long as tax, customs and accounting laws require (generally six years in Canada). You can ask us to delete the documents of an application we declined.

Business documents and brand materials are stored privately and served only to signed-in users allowed to see them. Access within NXC is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away at sales@thenxc.com if you think your account has been misused.

We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your “ship to” country, and your browser's storage to keep your order request cart. We don't use advertising or third-party analytics cookies on this Site.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw consent to optional uses such as marketing. Some information must be kept to complete orders or meet legal obligations. Write to sales@thenxc.com; we reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
